What this site does
Bulin 47 AI is an independent photo-to-video tool. It takes one photo of one person and places that person into a fixed template built from the Bulin 47 street-freestyle clip that became a trend. The template is 19 seconds long and is delivered as a 480p 9:16 MP4. Includes the original reference audio.
The lead performer in the template is the one replaced. The site aims to keep the person holding the speaker, the crowd and the camera movement, but it does not guarantee them.
The configured video model
The video model configured for this product is Seedance 2.5, model id bytedance/seedance-2-5, reached through the KIE API at kie.ai. The request sends your photo and the fixed template clip and uses an edit prompt. Seedance and KIE are named only to identify the model. Bulin 47 AI is not affiliated with or endorsed by those providers.
Video generation is open. We do not promise that a result keeps the photo identity, follows every movement, or has any particular audio. The rules are in the Acceptable Use Policy and the Terms of use.

Bulin 47 AI is not affiliated with Bulin 47, Kevin Wai, or the creators of the original video, and nothing here is an official or licensed product. Using the site does not grant rights in any song or video. You may only upload a photo you have permission to use.
