Acceptable use

What you may do

The intended use is a trend video in which the person in your photo takes the lead performer's place in one fixed street-freestyle template. The photo must be of you, or of someone who has given you the consent the law requires for this use. The result is an AI-edited parody of a public trend, not footage of a real event. The service does not guarantee that the result keeps the identity in the photo or follows the template's motion.

You must have the rights needed for the photo and for how you publish the result. Access to the template does not give you rights in a song, a performance, or anyone else's name or likeness.

Prohibited generation

You may not upload, request, generate, or distribute any of the following. Each category is prohibited on its own:

• Pornography / NSFW content, including nudity, sexual acts, fetish content, and sexualized depictions.
• Violence / gore, including graphic injury, torture, or realistic extreme harm.
• Hate speech, including attacks on people for who they are and content that incites hatred.
• Child-unsafe content (CSAM), including any sexual or exploitative content involving a minor or a person who appears to be a minor.
• Deceptive or nonconsensual deepfakes / impersonation, including uploading someone's photo without their consent, presenting a result as real footage, or making it look as if a real person (including the original performer) said, did, or endorsed something they did not.
• Copyright or trademark infringement, including a song, clip, logo, or other protected material you do not have rights to use.

Placing the consenting person in your photo into the template's lead role, and sharing it as an AI-edited trend video, is not by itself one of those prohibited deepfakes. Using the result to deceive anyone about who appears in it, or about what the original performer did, is prohibited. Non-graphic motion in the template is not permission for violent, hateful, or sexual content.

Other prohibited conduct

You also may not:

• Upload a portrait, face, or likeness without the permission and consent required for your use.
• Use the service for harassment, blackmail, fraud, or to mislead someone about what a real person did.
• Try to bypass these rules, content review, access limits, or payment controls.

Content review

These rules are the policy. They are not a claim that an automated moderator is running on the public site today.

Choosing a photo keeps it in your browser. It is not uploaded because you selected it. Video generation is open. A submitted photo is reviewed before a task is created.

The generation path is built so that, once generation is open, a submitted photo is reviewed before a video task is created and before credits are reserved. A photo stopped at that review does not spend credits. That review step is in service while generation is open. We do not describe a live automated filter, a public gallery scan, or a review desk that is staffed around the clock.

Reports

To report content or a use that breaks this policy, email ok@bulin47.cc. Say what happened, where you saw it, and how to reach you. A person reads these reports. We do not promise a first response time or a takedown time, and review is not staffed around the clock.

You can use the same address to ask for another look at a decision. That request is also read by a person, with no promised decision date. Reports about child sexual abuse material may be referred to the appropriate authority.

Enforcement

If we believe a request or result breaks this policy, the Terms, or the law, we may refuse it, remove content we host, restrict access to generation or an account, suspend access, or terminate access. We may keep the record needed to apply that decision.

We do not automatically cancel an unused credit balance as a penalty. Removing a video does not, by itself, wipe the rest of a balance. Credit returns and cash refunds follow the Refund policy and generation credits and refunds. Payments are open. Video generation is open. Email does not buy credits or refund a payment.
