Credits and refunds
Purchases are open
Credit packs on the pricing page can be bought. A purchase is not itself a finished video.
Failed generations
If a submitted video fails, reserved credits come back once. If the video service never confirms the request, it stays pending and is not sent again.
Support
Email ok@bulin47.cc about this policy. Payments are open. Video generation is open. Email does not buy credits or refund a payment.
